RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPAIRS
We hope that you are thrilled with your online jewelry purchases. If you need to return, exchange, or repair a piece for any reason, you can do so within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise. It needs to be unworn and undamaged. We do NOT accept returns of special order items or customized pieces. Guidelines are specified below. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges you incur.

Please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Identify on the original receipt if the shipment is a return, exchange, or repair with the additional information:
    Returns     – Please contact us via e-mail to receive a “Return Authorization Number.” You can do this by e-mailing . Write your “Return Authorization Number” on your original receipt. This is very important for us to be able to credit the correct account if you paid with credit card. If you paid with check or money order, a corporate check will be issued and mailed to the original billing address. The amount credited will be the total paid at the time of purchase; shipping charges are not refundable.
    Exchanges - Indicate the purchased item you would like to exchange on the receipt, as well as what product you would like to have in its place. The original piece must be in new, un-damaged condition.
    Repairs - Specify on the receipt the type of repair you need (ex: fixing clasp, resizing ring). Please allow 1-3 weeks for all repairs, actual time will vary depending on the nature of the repair.
  2. 2. Enclose the item you are sending, accompanied with all original paper work and packaging, and ship in a sealed box.
  3. 3. Ship via UPS, Registered U.S. Mail, or Federal Express. We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item.
