Item Availability

A product's availability is clearly noted on the product pages. Most items on our site have a 2 to 3 week delivery time. Items available for immediate delivery are labeled "available to ship." You may see these pieces on our Available to Ship page. For more information, please read the details below.

Delivery Times, Costs and Custom Orders

• A $6 shipping, handling and insurance fee will be added to your order at the time of check-out.
• When shopping please remember to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on any item that is not marked "available to ship."
• If you require an item sooner, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your needs.
• If you are customizing an item by either choosing a particular metal, chain or ring size, allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
• Items that are marked "available to ship" will arrive in 3 to 4 business days (US delivery only). These "available to ship" items can also be shipped UPS 2-Day delivery for an additional $20. If you would like 2-Day delivery, add it to your shopping cart by clicking the link below. UPS 2-Day orders will ship no later than the next business day.
